As a coach, I feed off of the energy my athletes bring on a daily basis. I’m a firm believer that you have to go just as hard for your athlete as they go for you. These aren’t cookie-cutter programs, they are going to challenge you mentally and physically. You can expect me to be there every step of the way making sure that we are moving in the right direction. Communication is the most important element in any relationship, this is no different. You can expect prompt replies to any questions you might have as I pride myself on under 3 hour response times. The expectation is clear for my athletes- show up every day hungry and ready to execute. You can expect the same from me.

Training –
You will receive a fully customized training program created to help you reach your personal fitness goals. I will be assessing multiple training videos weekly to ensure that we are utilizing the proper form/weight and executing with perfect intent. Training is the most pertinent form of biofeedback- if we aren’t progressing in the gym, we won’t be progressing with our physique.

Nutrition-
You will receive a custom nutrition plan to fuel performance and recovery. This plan will be based on your personal goals and will be monitored weekly to ensure we are moving in the right direction.


Cardio-
Cardio will be used a tool to make progress, this is not the focus to make our progress. We will assess cardio needs and will implement accordingly.

Weekly checkins
Each week you will check in with progress photos, assessment questions, and any other information that we need to cover to ensure we are moving in the right direction. Adjustments will be made here if needed.

24/7 communication

You will have a direct line of communication with me that you can use whenever you need. Any questions or concerns can be asked here at any time.

From the time that I was a kid, my life revolved around activity. Weather it was playing sports or being outside, I was born to move. Playing football and baseball for 16 years helped me develop a special mindset that built who I am today. Be undeniable. Hard work became something that I was used to, nothing came easy. For years I worked year-round perfecting my craft as an athlete. After winning 2 state championships as the captain of my football team, I was ready for the next level. 

 

      I earned a scholarship as a football player after walking on to a D1 football team. I played for 2 years after suffering a career ending injury. More adversity. I didn’t know life without sports. Because I wasn’t playing sports, I started lifting weights to stay in shape. I soon became a certified personal trainer and began my career as a coach.  After training for 2 years, I hired my first bodybuilding coach. I fell in love with the sport day 1! From the accountability to the hard work, I was back in my element. I started studying the sport- listening to podcasts, reading books, taking course. Whatever I could get my hands on I absorbed. Since then, I have competed in 2 bodybuilding shows and have earned a class win along with a few 2nd places finishes. 

 

   My passion for people and fitness isn’t something I can describe. I believe in hard work and continuous efforts to be the best you can be. Helping people reach their goals and become more confident in who they are is what I live for. We are going to attack our goals with the same intensity everyday – whether you’re a lifestyle athlete or competitor, we are here to work.
